“If you’re one of the many people who sometimes has difficulty staying asleep, you’ll be interested to learn that the root cause may be at least partly prehistoric. “LEDs are used in TVs, computers, smart phones, and tablets. Although the light emitted by most LEDs appears white, LEDs have peak emission in the blue light range (400–490 nm). 1. Okay so on WIndows 10pro.. Not sure on other operating systems.. THere is a function called "Night Light" if you set it up and turn it on it will make your screen more yellow or more red instead of blue. Does this actually help anything?

  2. Windows 10 has a mode called 'Night Light' which makes your screen look greenish like an old computer monitor… basically like the 'FallOut 4' computer screens. 🙂
