Lots of mispronunciations and misspellings in this one, sorry about that!

"ceized" instead of "seized," and "Well-es-lee" instead of "Wells-lee."

  2. The british came to india ruled it by cheating indians conquered over 250 years constantly deminishing its wealth and turned one of the richest country into nothing and took almost 48 trillion pound equivalent to almost 14 times the gdp of uk today yes there was railways and other thing they gave us but it was only for thier convinience for good transport in the country

  3. — Churchill on India:
“We would lose 50 India’s rather than lose one Shakespeare.
“Power will go to the hands of rascals, rogues, freebooters; all Indian leaders will be of low calibre & men of straw. They will have sweet tongues and silly hearts. They will fight amongst themselves for power and India will be lost in political squabbles. A day would come when even air and water would be taxed in India.”

  4. When one ethical side chooses morality and the other chooses to get it through immoral means, you dont call it to conquer, it's called loot and steals. Getting something that does not belong to you by unfair means can never be conquered. Beware of your word choices.

  5. This is bullshit. Need to do more research in history. The 1857 mutiny affected only a small part of India. Besides Britain had no interest in conquering India. Rivalry with France played a big role.

  6. Lets be honest. Even if british did bad stuff to indians, stole many things, they still built infrastructure. And they didn’t even break any hindu or buddhist temple. Even mughal empires broke them to ruins.

  7. I always think what was INDIA like before the arab, turkish, mongol, british, mughals, and so so many invaded INDIA, just think about it INDIA was invaded so many times even before the brits came and still INDIA was called as a "SONE KI CHIDIYA" (GOLDEN BIRD) we were the largest economy then, we were looted several times before the brits looted us It is said that alone britishers looted a wealth of 43 trillion dollars (let those numbers sink in) today even if all those invaders want to return that wealth they cannot, BUT it was still money right what we truly lost is OUR KNOWLEGE, OUR PHILOSOPHY, OUR INVENTIONS, OUR SCHOLARS WE LOST EVERYTHING and still TODAY INDIA IS THE FASTEST GROWING ECONOMY PERIOD.

  8. U forgot one thing though.after 1852 rebellion by indians, british made some shitty changes so tht rebellion never occurs again. induced famines was d answer.killed 125 million people over 200 years by starving then , inturn preventing any rebellion.
