How to make your day more productive? To have a productive day, there are things you should do every morning — and no, this doesn’t include chugging copious amounts of coffee! When you wake up, what’s the first thing you do? Check your phone? Get up and brush your teeth?
Do you know that if you’re not gulping down a nice tall glass of water, you’re doing yourself a disservice? Or that unhealthy breakfast does nothing to help your body throughout the day? I exactly follow whats been said in the clip, a gallon of water first thing in the morning, followed by quarter teaspoon of Organic turmeric and pepper swallow then then brush my teeth, right after a cuppa coffee, followed by 30 mts beach walk come back do my yoga and meditation.
Is this meant to be shown to 6 year olds?!

I’m not sure what I was expecting, but it sure wasn’t what was in the video.
Stare outside and breathe a fresh air
My morning routine: wake up at 5 am, use washroom then drink lukewarm lemon water. Prepare ingredients for breakfast for 5-10 minutes then do yoga for 30 minutes, pray then make breakfast, pack lunch then off to shower and get ready for office. I try to not drink tea or coffee in the mornings and instead drink 2-3 glasses of water or drink vegetable smoothie for breakfast 🙂
I do zumba every morning.
Do Surya Namaskar instead of these exercise. All benefits come together.

After my coffee, I eventually go into my kitchen and open the window. I turn some of my favorite music, squeeze 2 lemon in water..start my stretches then workout..I love looking out my window and admire nature. Today I work our with Steve Wonder and Salt a Pepper..tomorrow Salsa music- oh yeah!
I do my yoga stretches every morning…. I will drink room temperature water the minute I wake up in the morning from now on…
