i always feel anxious when i'm trying to sleep. i often get insomnia that last for 5-7 days straight. what are the medications that i should look for?
I have been having symptoms of anxiety for about 1~2 months now. I took some self-assessments and many of them said I have moderate to severe anxiety. But I'm 13-
One time i go to the store because i want to buy food and my mom ask me to go buy food at the same store again i say i don't want to go because i scared they will judge me if i go to the store twice but my mom just pressure me and i did go to the store i almost cry idk idk why. is this anxiety or i just being a brat
i always blaming myself for every single thing. i actually have been through a lot of things but i have trust issue with people around me, i keep swallowing my problem, so i decided to find someone, a stranger to listen to my prob that i've been keeping it for many years.
Sometimes I’ll have uncontrollable shaking or can’t even show my face to people because I feel so scared I almost cry or do cry actually
I get so scared of everything, I get scared about some of the most random things, a week ago I had a panic attack at like 12 am because I thought I had heart disease, because my wrist pulse wasent super strong or whatever, I just get so worked up, so anxious, so worried, so stressed about some of the most simplistic things and situations that can be easily solved, I don’t get a BREAK.
It is to come out of anxiety, just follow CBT techniques
Thanks man it makes me feel a bit better while having this
Hello the best info that i've had was with Kevs Control Plan (just google it) – without a doubt themost incredible resource that I've followed.
Anxiety is when you dont feel good. To feel good, take a deep breath, close your eyes and smile… also listen to this https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCKjqTpw-T7xwQ31ac5zG6Ng/ 🙂

(My friend, I offer you the most beautiful human values that humanity has ever heard. The beauty of his words and the support of logic and reason to him. And his answers to the inquiries of the soul makes the soul feel happiness that it has never found before and is not bored of it, and the appearance of tears of joy from the West to hear it attracts the souls of those seeking happiness to hear it( You enjoy yourself with the words of God, he is the
Holy Quran). Thank you.

a look in my life; 1. wake up, i dont want to go to school, let me sleep. im so tired. 2. get dressed, does this look good..? does he like this…? no, next. 3. eat, maybe i need to eat less to be pretty. 4. check social media, oh, they did that without me. they dont like me. nah its prob nothing. no they prob just dont like me. and if i posted something, oh they didnt like my post.. should i delete it? 5. do make up, is this to much? im not pretty enough. why doesnt he like me like i do. 6. go to school, on my way all these thoughts go thru my mind again. LET IT STOP PLS. 7. where ware my friends? oh theyre with them. dont they like me anymore? just go there. no, what if they dont like me.. just go to class alone. 8. there he is. talk to him! im to shy. what if he gets weirded out bc of me.. what if… what if….. 9. i need to answer the question.. shit.. what if its wrong? the whole class will think im stupid. oh i need to say if im here when they say my name.. just talk normal.. what if they think i said it weird? 10. finally home. go to bed. and begin all over again. and again.. and again…..
my teacher told us to memorize something and recite it in front of our class. It was my turn already I memorized it all but I when I was in the front I forgot it all and I was having a harf time to breath, my heart beat so fast and I can't control my mind. My mind thinks that all my classmates are judging me. And everytime I talk to a person wether I knew it or not I feel so nervous and I'm thinking what will I gonna answer to them "what if my answer is wrong?" "what if I choose this and people around me doesn't like it?" when I'm in the crowd I feel like this people are looking at me and judging me even my family and friends my dumb mind thinks that these all people are judging me. "I just want to disappear in this world" this is what my mind always think. I'm also obsessed of cleaning my nephew noticed me that and he asked why I'm always cleaning eventho I'm done cleaning in that part. I'm scared in my future

I've had it for 2 years now and learned to live with it
Nice information. Meditation heals anxiety as it reprogrames the mind. Watch alternate nostril breathing meditation videos on Google and do it for 5 to 10 minutes if possible twice a day. You can sit on a chair or on the ground and do it. Inhale-exhale slowly and feel the relaxation flowing through your mind and body. Negative thoughts will reduce. Shyaaam Sir, Mentor. Make meditation a daily habit to enjoy life.
Anxiety disorder is cureable im suffering from past 4 years it cant cure now im in not medication no sleep my heart beat is raising i dont know wat to do and i got panic attacks
I have it, it sucks so bad. I'm always paranoid about everything, have to do everything my thought says or i will feel like something bad is gonna happened, i'll feel so paranoid about what my thoughts are making me do (forcing me). I really need mental help but have no one to talk to, scared about if people are gonna jugde me about it, but I do need help.
Cognative Behavioral Therapy,CBT
Not the CBT that gives me anxiety.
