In this video, I am sharing with you my recipe for the healthy, sugar free (no added sugar, added sugar free) power bars, or energy balls like some people call them. This includes all healthy ingredients, and are natural. This is a very tasty and delicious recipe that you can give to kids and tastes sweet. Children will enjoy this as they will gain a good boost of energy for them. This can be used instead of dessert mithai, and can be given as a gift in a potluck, like for example, in New Years, wedding, birthdays, baby showers, etc. This is an organic, natural food. This gives long term energy, and is good for the brain, eyesight, skin, hair, and can be eaten post (after) workout and pre (before) workout or exercise. This can help you lose weight if used properly. Some people also refer to this as a granola bar, you can add other ingredients like chocolate on top of all of the ones that are added, which include oats (oatmeal). This video is in Urdu, or Hindi.
