    and second thats just the Arnold Strongman Classic Event Record the WORLD RECORD was made by Eddie Hall with 1102 lbs or better with 500 kg….

  2. That series fun. What would make it funner since the our training competing primarily demonstrating explosive power muscle response. Which is truly awesome however it is lacking long-term freakish power. Meaning their big muscles run out of oxygen fairly quickly. One way to make progress would be to consume high sources of nutrition that help the blood cells carry oxygen more efficiently. Even better consuming a source of nutrition that improves upon the way electrical impulses flow throughout the body and consuming a high source of nutrition that improves circulation throughout the entire body. Equally important if not more would be a high source of nutrition that strengthens the teeth eyes hair and nails bones tendons and ligaments muscles overall skeleton structure at the same time detoxifying the liver. Which is the primary organ that helps the body cleanse itself from any harmful toxins and it helps break down protein vitamins minerals. the real sales pitch' is the fact that for most of the average normal common person's life there bone structure is breaking down deteriorating this takes a lot of energy for the body to manage deal with just to stabilize. With the right high source of nutrition one will be strengthening rejuvenating replenishing the overall skeleton structure, allowing all that excess energy that went into stabilizing to be freed up for other functionalities within the body"such as adjust adapt respond recover. Meaning one will be far less likely to sustain a injury at the same time far more likely in preventing any illness or injury pain from ever occurring. I mean they could start training high reps low weight. However that's counterproductive to this kind of competition. That is why I recommended the high sources of nutrition. And the high sources of nutrition I am talking about are easy to consume cost-efficient meaning you can take them with you anywhere. Not to mention people at the bottom of the barrel financially can afford to have these high sources of nutrition that are easy to consume cost-efficient, with a amazing shelf life. So not only can they entertain the can educate. In a way that will encourage fans to be more than spectators. Not to be feebleminded physically inadequate submissive subservient. And I believe the mass majority of able-bodied people that neglect getting to know themselves stems from being soft lazy out of shape over fed undernourished overworked and underpaid with dirty low-paying jobs. That come from outdated power sources inferior materials poisonous toxic substances pesticides chemicals that never change their killing composition. Which means whether it is a solid liquid burnt off in to our airways atmosphere as a vapor is always going to be poisonous debilitating deadly to the body at the same time polluting corrupting devastating to mother Earth! And all the various different forms of life that live in this world. There is no profit to be made in the demise of the planet. Thanks to these dirty low-paying jobs from coast to coast globally today's people for the last hundred and 50 years or so have been living dying off to a diminished quality of life resulting in the worst spiritual kickback being manifested from living dying. Which is pathetic because we have the manpower technology capabilities resources to create clean high paying jobs from coast-to-coast that will improve upon and maintain the quality of our air water foods landscapes working living environment every day home products habitat ecosystem. Now if people were living dying to the highest standards of quality. Each person's generation would naturally gradually systematically start to become stronger smarter healthier happier better off physically mentally financially possibly spiritually than the previous generation.

  3. I think it's interesting they call him the strongest man in the world, since as far as I know he only won in 2018 and came in 3rd in 2019. And I personally believe the only reason that he won in 2018 is because Eddie Hall (who is shorter than Halfthor by half a foot or more and weighs like 40 kilos less) the winner from 2017 didn't return to defend his title after breaking the world record for dead lift and injuring himself in the process (being the first British strongman to win the title in something like 30 years). Eddie actually holds 3 world records – the dead lift (500 kg), the silver dollar dead lift (536 kg), and the axle press (216 kg). Whereas Halfthor holds (to date) no world records.

I used to be buff in high school then I tried to get real strong legs aaand forsake arms then I tried to train my brain a lot and was like fuq muscles then I was like fuq everythign and then just did nothing all day for like five years and hang out with my girlfriend but I did walk around a lot because she made me walk around a whole lot
