  1. This was an incredible, nail-biting match to watch. I predicted that Date-Krumm would be a tricky opponent for Williams, and did she give Williams a hard time. Glad Venus won, but huge respect for Kimiko.

  2. Funny how Venus was a veteran here, everyone counting her out and SIX years later she makes the final. Even though Serena has won Wimbledon more to me Venus will always be the queen of centre court. Just brings out something special in her

  3. anyway we have different taste it comes for fashion but personally i love it something new and i do like it really …someone says here its look like table cloth ..oh thats harsh i dont think its look like table cloth …i really really like her outfit im glad that venus win

  4. As much as I love Venus I feel that I would never see her win another Major. She had a chance last year to win 2 but couldn't do it. It also doesn't help that her sister is one of the greatest as well.

  5. The crowd was disrespectful cheering against Kimiko Date, a 40 year old. But either way, it has been a career of Date choking in matches. Much like Nishikori. The only Japanese player to actually win a Grand Slam singles title is Naomi Osaka and she is half Japanese. It's the Haitian in her that got her the victory.
