  1. Kiwi. I think it to political to allow Georgia into the six nations and for the so called rugby calendar to sort itself. However I think it imperative That Georgia play teams like Italy, Japan on a regular basis…….twice a year for each team and a different tier one team to go to Georgia every year until they enter 6 nations or the like. But then the french teams will not release the players……bloody politics

  2. у грузин коренное противоречие – реальная способность забить стадион им. Бориса Пайчадзе под завязку и неспособность победить ни одну из команд Чемпионата Шести Наций. Смогут начать побеждать – цены им не будет.

  3. Super pawer? En serio? Hahahaha por favor, que vara tan baja esta en Europa para decir que es "potencia" ese país.
Con esa perspectiva, Uruguay tiene más posibilidades de ser potencia que ese país con bandera de Inglaterra.

  4. What about if Georgia had a 3 year tour rotation between World Cups as follows:
Year 1: Tour Tonga, Samoa and Fiji (with a couple of games against NZ Super Rugby teams and the NZ Maori team)
Year 2: Tour of USA, Canada and Uruguay (with a couple of games against US Major League Rugby teams and the Jaguares Super Rugby Team)
Year 3: Tour of Spain, Italy and Scotland. (with three games against European Rugby Champions Cup teams)
    Year 4: World Cup year.
Plus games against Japan as often as possible.

Plus their regular fixtures with Romania, Russia etc.

If Georgia was playing those 9 or 10 countries plus at least 6 of those professional regional teams every 4 years it would mean they had a predictable schedule of matches at a roughly similar level. A few cycles like that might give them the experience they need to threaten the top tier countries in the future.
