After sharing my Sehri Routine, in this video, I will be sharing with you my Ramadan Iftar / iftaar routine for 2020 during lock down. I am preparing very tasty, quick, delicious, easy and healthy iftar recipes and cooking, spicy and sour Kari channay / chanay / cholay, baking baked pakoras and making refreshing and energy booster dates, almond and cardamom milk shake, drink for my roza. You can drink this in your Sehri as well. Meals vary between different cultures and traditions but try to make sure that the foods you eat provide a balance of starchy foods, including whole grains, fruit and vegetables, dairy foods and protein-rich foods like meat, fish, eggs, beans etc. and avoid eating unhealthy and fried things.
