Sheets Weren’t Changed at Some Hotels During COVD-19

As hotels start reopening for business with promises of enhanced cleaning protocols in the wake of COVID-19, Inside Edition put some major hotel brands to the test and found evidence that some weren’t changing sheets or wiping down surfaces between guests. Inside Edition producers checked into several New York City hotel rooms and used a harmless, washable spray to apply a logo only visible under UV light to the pillows, bed sheets and bath towels. See what they found when they checked back in.

  1. I worked at a hotel and nobody cleans the remote or thermostat, I mean I wouldnt even think to and the housekeepers dont have time to wipe down everything in the room .I just know when I go to a hotel even a nice one I check in my room knowing its gonna be dirty

  2. That's horrible to think because I literally clean my hotel room including making bed before checking out…so Id imagine maids not changing my bedding for next guest omg

  3. I've worked in a higher end hotel before and I truly believe it because they don't give these woman enough time to do a good job or risk losing there job .. after I worked I never felt the same about hotels.

  4. They just got the housekeepers fired. Thats all this did. You cant expect a hotel to be like your house. The cleaning staff get paid really poorly.
