NYPD beefs up security presence at polling locations, prompting some concerns

A Brooklyn police officer was suspended for using his car speaker to voice his support for President Trump, and another officer was caught removing PPE from activists outside of a polling station. Gothamist reporter Sydney Pereira joined CBSN to shed light on the two incidents and how the largest police union in New York City is continuing to support President Trump.

  1. White supremacist in police and GOP since Democrat LBJ signed civil rights act 1965 angry southern democrats went to GOP Gop no longer party of Lincoln

  2. All police departments should put laws on the books that while you are on the clock you are neutral. if you use your position to spout political speech for either side you should be fired immediately. Anyone in positions of power should wait till they are off the clock and then they are free to comment all they want. While on the clock you are neutral and are not supposed to take positions. When you do this promotes fear and anger.

  3. Walking on a razor's edge. The People will only tolerate so much before they burn you. Nothing stops sticky fire, helmets, vests, Nothing. Jus sayin, there are some crazy people out there that don't need guns. BE CAREFUL!!

  4. No public servant should express a political bias while in uniform nor on the clock. It is not acceptable.
It doesn't matter if it's Police, Military, a Paramedic, a Park Ranger, or a USDA employee. Their job is to support the citizens of their community and nation, their position is undermined when they exabit political actions. It is against the rules in nearly every State and Federal position and most Local positions for good reason.

  5. The cops were fine. It's the slacktivists that were attempting to influence voters with mask & sanitizer props via public shaming for those that refuse to use them.
(The masks & sanitizer clearly hasn't worked so far with the US leading COVID rates because of democrap tyranny & stupidity.)
