Steamed Egg Squares
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Anday (Eggs) 8
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tbs
-Soy sauce 1 tbs
-Hara pyaz (Green onion leaves) chopped ¼ Cup
-Water 3-4 tbs or as required
-Water as required
-Cheese slice cut in required size
-Anday (Eggs) whisked 2-3
-Breadcrumbs ground 1 Cup or as required
-Cooking oil for frying

Directions:
-In a bowl,add eggs and whisk well.
-Add salt,black pepper crushed,garlic powder,red chilli crushed,soy sauce,green onion leaves and water,whisk well & set aside.
-In a steam pot,add water and bring it to boil,place steam rack and heat proof dish,pour egg mixture, cover and steam cook on low flame for 18-20 minutes.
-After steaming,remove from dish and let it cool then cut into pieces.
-Take one piece,place cheese slice and top with another piece to make a sandwich.
-Now dip into beaten eggs and coat with breadcrumbs then again dip into beaten eggs and coat with breadcrumbs (makes 6).
-In a wok,heat cooking oil and fry on medium low flame until golden brown.

Ajza:

-Bowl mein anday dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Namak,kali mirch crushed,lehsan powder,lal mirch crushed,soy sauce,hara pyaz leaves aur pani dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Steam pot mein pani dal ker ubal lein,steam rack aur heat proof dish rakh ker anday ka mixture dal dein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 18-20 minutes kliya steam cook ker lein.
-Steaming ka bad dish mein sa nikal ker thanda ker lein aur pieces mein cut ker lein.
-Ek piece ka upper cheese slice rakh ker upper sa dosra piece rakh ker sandwich tayyar ker lein.
-Ab pheetay hoye anday mein dip karein aur breadcrumbs mein coat ker lein phir dubara pheetay hoye anday mein dip karein aur breadcrumbs mein coat ker lein (makes 6).
-Karahi mein cooking oil garam karein aur darmiyani halki ancch per golden brown hunay tak fry ker lein.

  2. I m really confused with the quantity you mention n show. When you write 1tsp it always looks more than a teaspoon you pour. Kindly clear this. Or show us once the spoon you are using for the measurement. Rest is fabulous. I love you guys.
