How to lose weight fast? Morning exercise will energize you for the rest of the day — or at least until lunch — so why not give it a try and burn some excess fat at the same time? Need to try. I did another 10 minutes, but the exercises were much harder. As a result, after class I started to have a headache. Everything here seems to be much simpler, but this makes it no less effective.
