Mujhe din mein bahut zyada neend aati hai Matlab jaise Raat ke time mein aane wali neend waise… So jaane se 1-2 sota hun… Uske baad Raat ko neend nahi aati 1 baje se pehle bilkul nahi… Agar din mein nahi bhi soya phir bhi 12 baje se pehle neend nahi aati mujhe… Din mein Hage rehna bahut hard hai mere liye… 2 time ek din mein workout karta hun.. Body tired bhi ho jaati hai workout se.. Phir bhi neend nahi aati jaldi.. 12 baje se pehle neend hi nahi aati… Aur 5:30 AM automatically neend khul jaati hai… Bahut frustrate ho gaya hun iske wajah se
