Kali Mirch Mutton Gravy
Serves 5-6
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Pyaz (Onion) sliced 3 large
-Mutton mix boti ½ kg
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 & ½ tbs
-Darchini (Cinnamon sticks) 2
-Laung (Cloves) 2
-Namak (Salt) 1 & ½ tsp or to taste
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tbs
-Garam masala powder ½ tsp
-Dahi (Yogurt) thick & whisked 1 Cup
-Water 2-3 Cups or as required
-Cooking oil 5-6 tbs
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 5-6
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tbs or to taste
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped

Directions:
-In a pot,add onion,mutton mix boti,ginger garlic paste,cinnamon sticks,cloves,salt,turmeric powder, black pepper crushed,garam masala powder,yogurt and mix well.
-Turn on the flame and cook until it changes color (2-3 minutes).
-Add water,mix well and bring it to boil,cover & cook on medium low flame until meat is tender (45-50 minutes).
-Remove the cover & mix well.
-Add cooking oil,mix well & cook on high flame until oil separates (3-4 minutes).
-Add green chillies,black pepper crushed and fresh coriander,cover & simmer on low flame for 3-4 minutes.
-Garnish with fresh coriander & serve with naan!

-Water 2-3 Cups or as required

-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tbs or to taste
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped

Directions:
-Pot mein pyaz,mutton mix boti,adrak lehsan paste,darchini,laung,namak,haldi powder,kali mirch crushed,garam masala powder aur dahi dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Chulha on karein aur rang tabdeel hunay tak paka lein (2-3 minutes).
-Pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay ka bad dhak dein aur darmiyani halki ancch per gosht gul janay tak paka lein (45-50 minutes).
-Cover hata lein aur ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Cooking oil dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur tez ancch per oil alag ho janay tak paka lein (3-4 minutes).
-Hari mirchein,kali mirch crushed aur hara dhania dal ker dhak dein aur 3-4 minutes kliya dum per rakh dein.
-Hara dhania sa garnish karein aur naan ka saath serve karein!
