Vegetable Chow Mein
Serves 2-3
Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 & ½ tbs
-Adrak (Ginger) chopped 1 tbs
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) sliced 2
-Pyaz (Onion) sliced 1 medium
-Gajar (Carrots) julienne ½ Cup
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) julienne 1 medium
-Band gobhi (Cabbage) 1 Cup
-Sugar ½ tbs
-Spaghetti 250g (boiled as per pack’s instructions)
-Safed micrh powder (White pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Chicken powder 1 tbs
-Soy sauce 1 & ½ tbs
-Hot sauce 1 & ½ tbs
-Sirka (Vinegar) 1 & ½ tbs
-Hara pyaz (Green onion) leaves chopped 1-2 tbs
Directions:
-In a wok,add cooking oil,garlic,ginger and green chillies,mix well and cook for a minute.
-Add onion and sauté until translucent.
-Add carrots,capsicum,cabbage and sugar,mix well and stir fry for a minute.
-Add boiled spaghetti,white pepper powder,black pepper crushed,salt,chicken powder,soy sauce,hot sauce,vinegar and mix until well combined (1-2 minutes).
-Add green onion leaves and mix well.
-Garnish with green onion leaves & serve!

-Karahi mein cooking oil,lehsan,adrak aur hari mirchein dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ek minute kliya paka lein.
-Pyaz dal ker translucent hunay tak sauté ker lein.
-Gajar,shila mirch,band gobhi aur cheeni dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 1 minute kliya stir fry karein.
-Boiled spaghetti,safed mirch powder,kali mirch crushed,nama,chicen powder,soy sauce,hot sauce aur sirka dal ker 1-2 minutes kliya ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Hara pyaz leaves dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Hara pyaz sa garnish ker ka serve karein!
