  1. I’ve been drinking 2.5L of water every day for 2-3 years and it absolutely changed my life and health. Highly recommend investing in a 10-30$ reusable water bottle and carry it everywhere with you

  2. I think upto 18-20 yrs i.e immature age whatever eating drinking it doesn't effect much as you are growing but after this period you really have to take care of your body.
