    3. Kneeling Vacuum Hold 20 sec (5-10 sec if never done before) repeat 5 times
    4. Side Plank Hold 15-60 sec, 3 reps
    5. Swimmers 20 reps each side
    6. Russian Twists 3 sets, 10-12 reps
    7. Woodchoppers 3 sets, 12-15 reps
    8. Reverse Crunches 3 sets, 10-15 reps

    Do exercises 4-5 times a week

  2. Just a question for all these…..If you are 145 to 150 kilos, you are able to do these trials ?? Cause im not reaching not even 2 reps, almost to all of these. Still i know i have to try more and more…im close after the 7:00 min
