  1. I just made this tonight and it was such a disaster 🙁 i made the keema mixture at 700 and came back at 830 to make the onion/dhaniya/masala mixture . I then carefully put them on skewers while i heated the oil. When i fried the first two, they fell apart when i turned them over. I thought maybe i turned them too early so i put another two skewers in and let them fry longer. These ones were full brown yet still fell apart. I then thought maybe it's an excess of moisture so i took all the meat off the remaining skewers, added half cup of besan in and mixed it up. Then i made 1 more skewer and while it held better still fell apart :/ i took a bite and the texture was just like galawat keema. Then i realized…omg…it was the papita!! Idk maybe the papaya paste in the States is more potent or beef is more naram but my kebabs totally fell apart :(( i used Hemani brand. In the end i made 6 patties, put them on an oven safe tray, poured over some oil, and then cooked them in a pizza oven. They still fell apart easily but at least we were able to eat it.

  2. Meh nay kacha papita ke jagha shan ka gosht galanay waha powder dala i have to ask k i followed the whole recipe per end pa mera batter bhat lose n sticky bana kaba ban he nai rahay wat to do to make it hard now plz reply
