Fry Potatoes = (2 med size)
Vegetable Oil = (1/2 cup)
Salt = (2 pinch)
Cauliflower = (1 med size)
Cumin Seeds = (1 tsp)
Chopped Onions= (2 med size)
Ginger Garlic Paste = (1/2 tsp)
Green Chilies = (3)
Peeled Tomato = (2-3)
Salt = (1 tsp)
Chili flakes = (2 tsp)
Turmeric powder = (1/2 tsp)
Coriander powder = (1 tsp)
Tomato paste = (1 tsp)
Fry Potatoes(2 med size) in a Vegetable Oil (1/2 cup) with salt (2 pinches), till potatoes, turns light golden brown, and take potatoes out of the pan .
Do the same with cauliflower (1med size), Fry it in the same oil till it turns golden brown and then taking it out of the oil.
Now put Cumin Seeds (1 tsp), Chopped Onions(2;med sized),till onions turn light brown in the same vegetable oil, Now adding Ginger Garlic Paste (1/2 tsp), Green Chilies (3),Peeled Tomatoes (2-3) or tomato paste 1 cup, Salt(1 tsp),Chili flakes (2 tsp),turmeric powder (1/2 tsp), coriander powder 1 tsp,tomato paste (1 tsp).
Cover the lid and cook it on a low flame for 5 minutes.
After 5-minutes of cooking, add Yogurt (3 tbsp); stir it & cook it for 5 minutes more till water evaporates.
Now adding fried Cauliflower, Potatoes, Coriander Leaves (5 tbsp), Green Chilies (5), Garlic (1 inch), Garam-masala (1 tsp) in the oil.
Stir it gently Cook it for 2-3 minutes more on a low flame.
Your Dish is ready to serve!
