In this video, I’m going to show you how to burn belly fat fast. I’ve talked about specific parts of weight loss in many of my other videos. However, I’m going to give you a step-by-step guide on losing belly fat as a whole.

There are three parts to this: the basics of what to do, what you should add, and what you should remove. Let’s start with the basics.

• 3 meals with no snacks:
• 3-6 oz of Protein per Meal 7 to 10 cups of Veggies Per Meal:

  3. I've noticed how you keep saying 3-6 oz of protein per meal in all your videos, where you speak about protein amount.
    Not per day.
    But per meal.
    Surely this can't be right..
    But yet you keep repeating it.

  4. An entire video about losing weight that says nothing about calories in calories out? I don't care how healthy you eat and how low your insulin levels are, if you consume more calories than your body uses, you will not lose weight.

  5. As with most diets, there are far, far too many things that you need to do to achieve the intended result. I’m 51 and recently went dirty keto for 11weeks. Only rule was <20g carbs a day. My diet was practically eggs, nuts and meat. I doubt I had 7 cups of veggies over the whole period. I lost 16kgs with practically no exercise and felt absolutely great during and still do now.

  6. Diet may help a small amount. 7 cups of vegetables? Vegetables have sugar as well, that is a lot of sugar. There is no shortcut, but exercise. Look at the athletes, do you think they eat no snacks or no sugar? they have to eat more snacks, more meals and the fat in the belly is gone.

    Edit: I tell you, I haven't been running now, so I have some fat in the belly. When I was running 3 km every second day in every week, I have no belly fat. I was not able to run 3 km distance in the beginning. I started from short distance and built up. So total of 9km every week. Running reduces stress, more oxygen input, burns fat most certainly. For healthy people with fat that are not caused by genetics or any health conditions, running or bicycle or cardio will work definitely

  7. I lost four stone in 7 months eat once a day I ate at 22:30 at night which was two bacon pieces two pieces of cheese one slice of oat bread and coffee and plenty water during the day No exercise was required … maybe not for everyone ,but it work for me and is never going back on !!!

  8. IF you are trying to recover from adrenal fatigue, is there anything we need to do differently from what you said. Also I have read that when you are going thru AF, your body doesn't use up as much potassium but stores it so you have to be careful how much potassium you get in your diet.

  9. I only eat twice a day and sometimes only one meal a day. I always eat breakfast and never eat lunch. My supper is only a very small salad with salmon and a avocado. I haven’t eaten fast food in years and haven’t drank soda in 15 years. Only drink water or green tea.
