  1. In this lecture 'The Knots, Whispers, Sticks & Stones of Shaytan', Dr. Omar Suleiman discusses,

0:12 – The impact of shaythan upon us

0:43 – shaythan is working hard before being prisoned to leave enough seeds of discord and distractions to ensure that Ramadan will not have an impact on us when it departs

1:45 – Every time the Prophet (pbuh) speaks about the impact of shaythan,
He (sal) gives us a way to overcome them
2:42 – shaythan is waiting right over our heart to ambush us as soon as we forget Allah (swt)

4:35 – The 3 knots shaythan ties on every human before they sleep and its wish

5:45 – The difference between the days with and without fajr

7:20 – The disease of taking sins light and not making an attempt to change

8:45 – shaythan makes us fight within our family and friends so that we forget worshipping Allah with sincerity

13:45 – shaythan's happiest moment is when it splits a family

14:30 – The aim of shaythan is to busy us with negativity so that we don't worship Allah with productivity and positivity

  2. Mashallah. Glad they now have the talk in sign language. My sister is hard of hearing and my friend's brother is deaf glad this is available for everyone who needs it.

  3. Subhanallah such an incredible and important reminder. Really needed to hear this. May Allah swt forgive us all and grant us jannatul firdaws, ameen!

  4. Astagfirullah. I’ve been ambushed by shaytaan because I started listening to music, watching non-related Islam’s videos and etc. Today, I just woke up from reality that I’m being used and tricked by devil. Subhanallah. May Allah forgive us all and protect us from the evil deeds. Allahumma Ameen.

  5. My brothers and sisters, please keep myself and family in your duahs, since i was a child and 30+ years till today ive experienced and saw my family members suffer due to black magic. Sometimes it gets to a point that its unbearable. All of my fathers family, his siblings and mothers family her siblings, all tie knots.
Allah is the best planner. I hope the almighty blocks everything.
Its ruined my relationship with those close to me, my mind, career, even my little place of peace.
Everyday i cannot wait for the day to be over cos my 121 with Allah is the only time of day i find peace, wake up next morning and it all starts again.

  6. Alhumdolillah such beautiful words. May Allah give you good health Dr omar and keep the shaytaan away the ummah. May I thank you for the reminder for us all. I pray we remember Allah at all times as you mentioned so there is no space for shaytaan to get to us. May you be rewarded for your time to help us strengthen our imaan inshallah

  7. Took me three attempts as a revert this week to attend (Taraaweeh), I finally made it last night. I fought to get in there. I could not find the sisters section, and had to walk out and a sister arrived and guided me to the way to the women's section. Was so lovely to take my husband along who was tired from work, but he came out of the masjid refreshed. On my to do list learn sura Al falaq, and was recited at masjid. Alhamdulliah.

  8. Verily, those who say: "Our Lord is Allâh (Alone)," and then they stand firm, on them the angels will descend (at the time of their death) (saying): "Fear not, nor grieve! But receive the glad tidings of Paradise which you have been promised!

"We have been your friends in the life of this world and are (so) in the Hereafter. Therein you shall have (all) that your inner-selves desire, and therein you shall have (all) for which you ask.

    Surah Fussilat 41-30:31

  9. Please make dua for me, I have going through very bad mental health where I am struggling with the evil whispers of Shaitaan, it is making life very difficult as a Muslim. Please make dua for me. May Allah accept all our duas.
