Super Earth Planet Could Be Our Next Home

Some of our questions about Space never get old: “Is there life outside of our home planet Earth?” “And are there planets that resemble ours?”  Kepler-1649c is now the most similar exoplanet yet found to Earth. However, it’s not in our solar system and, therefore, very far away. But doesn’t this fact raise hopes it could be our next home?

Actually Space is full of surprises and unusual celestial bodies: for example, there’re some planets where it’s alway night, others where it rains glass and planets with a diamond core. Wow! I wish I could reach that planet!

  1. For a guy who calls himself Bright Side? He's not to bright. No human from earth could ever live on a super earth, period! You wouldn't be able to get up off the ground and would probably die long before even attempting to. Allow me to teach you about gravity…..the larger a planet the stronger it is.

  2. They need to fire this announcer because he ALWAYS getting things WRONG..Will someone please tell him that GANYMEDE is the largest MOON in the solar system and not Titan.

  3. Imagine landing on an Earth like planet , trees , water , blue skies etc , but having half the gravity? You could jump 20-30 feet high. When water splashed it would be amazing to watch, plus other things we cant think of.

  4. How do we know any of this stuff? No one or nothing from earth has been there. Isn’t it all just a guessing game? 26 million years away? So we have telescopes that can reach such distances? Really? Fascinating stuff I’m just creating a discussion. How do we know how old these planets r? Man….
