US President Joe Biden says he wants to restart negotiations on Iran’s nuclear programme, and Iran extended its permission for nuclear watchdogs.
This is the most progress the two parties have made since former President Donald Trump tore up the 2015 deal reached after years of negotiations, but there are no guarantees a new deal is imminent.
