In this video, I will be sharing with you my Ramadan/ Ramazan Sehri routine for 2021 during the lockdown. I am cooking very tasty chicken fajita paratha roll, and delicious frozen banana strawberries and blueberries milkshake/ fruit shake/ slush. Meals vary between different cultures and traditions but try to make sure that the foods you eat provide a balancedd diet, including whole grains, fruit and vegetables, dairy foods and protein-rich foods like meat, fish, eggs, beans etc. I hope you will enjoy this video.
