  1. I like this show, but the 402 was just what Paul did as an amateur. He routinely did 500 at Muscle Beach later. Witnessed, substantiated, etc. He allegedly did 560 on at least one occasion but that is not as well backed up.

  2. Paul did it without steroids, and it looked like the reverse of gravity when he did it, I have zero doubt thst Paul was naturally stronger thst these giants. Paul was only 5'10"!!! Just incredible. I wonder if any of these boys have attempted his 6200lb back lift?

  3. Anyone else get nervous when they dropped that 400+ pound weight after lifting it? Like if it didn't go forward far enough, it would have crushed them!

    Then again, maybe it would have bounced off them…
