Spicy Pasta Arrabiata
Serves 4-5
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Olive oil 1/3 Cup
-Lehsan (Garlic) sliced 12-13 cloves
-Thai Red chillies 3-4
-Boiling water as required
-Tamatar (Tomatoes) 400g
-Chilled water
-Tomato puree 1 tbs
-Mixed herbs 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
-Fresh basil leaves 7-8
-Penne pasta 300g (boiled as per pack’s instruction)
-Parmesan cheese

Directions:
-In a wok,add olive oil & heat it.
-Add garlic,thai red chillies & fry until light golden and set aside for later use.
-Cut tomatoes slightly with the help of the knife.
-In boiling water,add tomatoes and blanch for 2-3 minutes then strain.
-In chilled water,add blanched tomatoes and leave for 1-2 minutes then remove skin.
-In chopper,add tomatoes,fried garlic & chillies & chop well.
-In the same wok,add ground paste & mix well.
-Add tomato puree and mix well.
-Add mixed herbs,salt,black pepper powder & mix well.
-Add fresh basil leaves and mix well,cover & cook on low flame for 15-20 minutes.
-Add boiled penne pasta & mix well.
-Add parmesan cheese & mix well.
-Garish with parmesan cheese,fresh basil leaves & serve!

Ajza:
-Olive oil 1/3 Cup
-Lehsan (Garlic) sliced 12-13 cloves

-Parmesan cheese

Directions:
-Karahi mein olive oil dal ker garam karein.
-Lehsan aur thai red chillies dal ker light golden hunay tak fry ker lein & bad mein use kernay kliya side per rakh dein.
-Tamatar mein knife ki madad sa slightly cut laga lein.
-Boiling water mein tamatar dal ker 2-3 minutes kliya blanch karein phir strain ker lein.
-Chilled water mein blanched tamatar dal ker 1-2 minutes kliya chor dein phir skin ko nikal lein.
-Chopper mein tamatar,fried lehsan aur chillies dal ker ache tarhan chop ker lein.
-Us he karahi mein ground paste dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Tomato puree dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Mixed herbs aur kali mirch powder dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Fresh basil leaves dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 15-20 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Boiled penne pasta dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Parmesan cheese dal ker mix ker lein.
-Parmesan cheese aur fresh basil leaves sa garnish ker ka serve karein.
