  1. There is a lot of uneducated, ppl who dont think for themselves but watch Fox religiously and the disinformation they receive is killing them … if your gonna be on broadcast news you need to be accountable for the BS you preach … you have an obligation to the public to use that platform for the good of our county… for the good of the world and Fox News is failing these ppl!!!

  2. They care so little about their voters. She gets the vaccine but doesn’t want to reveal it in case her base decides to get it and save their own lives….oh yeh …and helps Biden meet covid vaccine goals.

  3. If you tell someone vulnerable “go kill yourself” and they do …are you accountable? Anyway…we give ignorant ppl enough passes, they’re not babies…let’s leave it at personal responsibility, enough information is out there to get correct information if you want to.

  4. So she got vaccinated and wants to keep telling other people not to get vaccinated to raise money. She should be held responsible for helping to kill people.

  5. The Privacy Rule, a Federal law, gives you rights over your health information and sets rules and limits on who can look at and receive your health information.

  6. The Privacy Rule, a Federal law, gives you rights over your health information and sets rules and limits on who can look at and receive your health information.

  7. The Privacy Rule, a Federal law, gives you rights over your health information and sets rules and limits on who can look at and receive your health information.

  8. The Privacy Rule protects all "individually identifiable health information" held or transmitted by a covered entity or its business associate, in any form or media, whether electronic, paper, or oral.

  9. She is just dumb. Asking her a question is a violation of nothing. But in this, she is very representative of American people: they also keep barking laws and rights they don't understand.

  10. "And see with HIPAA rights we don't have to do any research or educate ourselves in anyway whatsoever." Somebody needs to ask if she finished high school.

  11. 1. What is HIPAA? (not "HIPPA") ~ Just for additional clarity… The HIPAA acronym stands for Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (of 1996). As said, HIPAA is designed to safeguard against Health Insurance and Medical Providers giving out your Health/Medical information to various/random inquirers (mostly scammers, but other potentially harmful/malicious inquiries). Also said, HIPAA does NOT block others (even media) from asking you directly/personally.

    2. Spreading Ignorance ~ It is also sad that none of the reporters call out Greene on this. By not doing so, it tacitly validates Greene's spread of ignorance/misinformation.

    3. Personally ~ It genuinely disturbs me that Greene will probably be re-elected because the Republican Party, and their voters, believe-in and adore her, because of all the media exposure she generates ("There is no such thing as 'bad publicity'." –P.T. Barnum). Worse, come 2024, should the Republican Presidential Candidate (not necessarily Donald Trump) win the U.S. Presidency, Green could be elevated to a position of even greater authority/influence/power, such as the Cabinet of the United States (i.e.: Secretary of State).

Thanks for uploading this, The Young Turks crew. 🙂

  12. If you really want to put this puppy down, threaten her with a possible indictment for wire fraud, falsifcation of records and campaign violations. She'll probably FINALLY shut up and run away after that.

  13. Yeah, someone hacking in, not violation of HIPAA; the records clerk at the facility telling people would be. (I worked in both insurance claims & in medical records; I have been bound by HIPAA).

  14. thief of medical records are not violation of HIPAA rights. but if a doctor gives out her information, then it is a violation of the HIPAA act.
