It's only a violation of HIPAA if her insurance or doctor tells her medical history. A private person asking or demanding to know your vaccination status is NOT a HIPAA violation.
1. What is HIPAA? (not "HIPPA") ~ Just for additional clarity… The HIPAA acronym stands for Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (of 1996). As said, HIPAA is designed to safeguard against Health Insurance and Medical Providers giving out your Health/Medical information to various/random inquirers (mostly scammers, but other potentially harmful/malicious inquiries). Also said, HIPAA does NOT block others (even media) from asking you directly/personally.
2. Spreading Ignorance ~ It is also sad that none of the reporters call out Greene on this. By not doing so, it tacitly validates Greene's spread of ignorance/misinformation.
3. Personally ~ It genuinely disturbs me that Greene will probably be re-elected because the Republican Party, and their voters, believe-in and adore her, because of all the media exposure she generates ("There is no such thing as 'bad publicity'." –P.T. Barnum). Worse, come 2024, should the Republican Presidential Candidate (not necessarily Donald Trump) win the U.S. Presidency, Green could be elevated to a position of even greater authority/influence/power, such as the Cabinet of the United States (i.e.: Secretary of State).

Yeah, someone hacking in, not violation of HIPAA; the records clerk at the facility telling people would be. (I worked in both insurance claims & in medical records; I have been bound by HIPAA).
