How to lose 100 calories in just 5 minutes:
– Knee kicks (45 seconds x 4) Knee kicks make the hip flexors stronger and improve running.
– Speed Skaters (45 seconds x 4) The speed skaters exercises builds muscle tone, improves balance and it is the perfect cardio.
– Jumping Jacks (45 seconds x 4) Jumping Jacks are perfect as a warming up exercise to help you activate your muscle groups before the workout.
