  1. Im sorry i cant take this seriously. Russia is failing terribly in ukraine already, you guys honestly think russia still is a threat to europe? Pff better safe than sorry i guess. I pity the russians, putins turned the great soviet empire into a huge sad slab of land. Pathetic!

  2. At the end its the tax paying subject of both Eu, Russia etc who's feeling this USELESS money spending on arms..the most. Active or passive war… Its the average John Smith who ALWAYS ends up losing.

  3. It’s funny how different the tone of what the soldier is actually saying is to what the translation says. German soldiers are so used to allways justify why they are soldiers and why their job is important. The translator takes all that defensive tone out of his statements.

  4. Sure, we all want to turn Germany into a bad meme.

But look at the situation from the German side: "ve caused the first ear, ve caused the second world war, ve never want to participate in a universal distraction ever again".

You can't argue with that logic, can you.

  5. So they are going there…then going home? Man that's not enough time to get a brigade over to fill in any gaps. So is one brigade constantly on watch instead of a rotation to Red Battalion? That recall is going to be rough to say the least. Light is one thing. Mech? Good luck. Great intentions and good start though. I swear even though I just kind of dug into them a bit lol. It's good to see them get back in the game so to say.

  6. It's good to see the Germans answer the Lithuanians' call for protection. The Lithuanian foreign minister (Sorry I really can't spell his name so I won't even try.) Has been on a solo-crusade to try and get NATO to help them.
