Mr Naveed Shaukat and Pakistan Estate Links are leading the sales and marketing of real estate projects of Al Ghurair Giga like the World Trade Center and Giga Mall. They also have stakes in upcoming high rise commercial cum residential real estate projects in Bahria Town.
Mr Naveed Shaukat started his entrepreneurial journey about 20 years ago in Sadiqabad, distt Rahim Yar Khan. In this small-town bordering Punjab and Sind, Mr Naveed Shaukat learned the profession of real estate business and launched a housing society. The project was significant for is personal growth because in those days planned housing communities either did not exist or were only seen in big cities like the DHA – Defence Housing Society.
Building on the success of his initial investments, Mr Naveed Shaukat moved to the twin cities of Islamabad and Rawalpindi in 2004. Those were the days of booming real estate markets with emerging mega scale housing projects like DHA and Bahria Town. He established his work in Bahria Town which focused on sale and purchase of real estate. Hot trending products were residential plots and commercial plazas on which Mr Naveed Shaukat tested and consolidated his marketing skills. His second successful experience of making a space for himself in the real estate market of Pakistan’s capital and the garrison city of Islamabad and Rawalpindi had transformed Mr Naveed Shaukat into a promising real estate executive. He then started picking up bigger projects instead of units of land or built up properties.
After the launch of Pakistan Estate Links, Mr Naveed Shaukat started working with DHA’s partner Al Ghurair Giga which was all set to take over the real estate market of Islamabad’s southern loop. Mr Naveed Shaukat established his office in this new marketplace and took up marketing of their flagship multi-purpose building World Trade Center right when it was in its initial phases. This was a great challenge as it required skills to invest and market a variety of products including offices, shops, residential apartments, food courts and floors of the mall.
The World Trade Center gained quick popularity not because it was named after the famous twin towers of New York city but because it captured a vast range of customer base living as far as Mirpur and Jhelum. The success of Giga Mall, main attraction of the World Trade Centre, and the associated booming housing communities opened avenues for similar projects in the vicinity. Therefore, D-Mall was taken up by Al Ghurair Giga as another state-of-the-art commercial cum residential project. The continuing success of Mr Naveed Shaukat in his earlier work with Al Ghurair ensured that Pakistan Estate Links had the lead in sales and marketing of this new project spanning about 13 kanals of prime land near DHA.
Bonds of trust and professionalism build with service providers and customers had now become the pride of Mr Naveed Shaukat and Pakistan Estate Links. No wonder, they now have their stakes of sales and marketing in the upcoming projects like Giga Heights, Defence Towers, Defence Residency and El Cielo – leading the changing real estate market of the twin cities from traditional housing to high rise apartment complexes featuring modern lifestyle of the booming middle class.
Catching up rather more quickly is another multi-purpose high rise building complex named The Address in Bahria Town Rawalpindi Phase-8 whose sales and marketing is also with Mr Naveed Shaukat. Taking his successes further, Pakistan Estate Links has now launched a joint venture of high rise multipurpose residential cum commercial project complex in Bharia Town Phase-8 which has been named after the Spanish phrase ‘Gran Exito’ meaning ‘Great Success’ – perhaps, not just a coincidence but celebration of the ‘Gran Exito’ of the journey of Mr Naveed Shaukat from Sadiqabad to Islamabad.
